Privacy Policy

Feeling Beltzville'd™ is published by Lightly-Salted Productions, LLC. This policy covers the Android and desktop game, the public leaderboard service, and this website.
Information the game sends
Online leaderboard features send the player-entered display name; score, roller dogs eaten, and distance traveled; game build and platform; run playtime and completed-run count; and a randomly generated per-install identifier. The identifier is not tied to a store account, advertising identifier, hardware identifier, or real-world identity.
The game also sends display names for moderation checks and requests public leaderboard rows. Offline play remains available when the service is down.
Operational information
The service processes IP address and User-Agent for rate limiting, security, and abuse moderation. The score database stores keyed, truncated hashes of those values instead of the raw values. Hosting logs may temporarily contain ordinary request metadata. Short-lived one-time tickets prevent score replay and are eligible for automatic cleanup after use or expiration.
Public information
Leaderboard display names and score metrics are public. Do not use personal information as a display name. Installation identifiers, platform data, playtime, run counts, request hashes, and moderation notes are not public.
Third-party services
The site loads Google-hosted fonts and uses Google Analytics to measure site traffic, which may process normal request metadata under Google's privacy terms. There is no mailing list or ad personalization.
Retention and deletion
To request access, correction, hiding, or permanent deletion of your Feeling Beltzville'd leaderboard data, email support@lightly-salted.com with enough information to identify the display name or score.
Deleted on request: the display name, score row, and the install identifier and IP/User-Agent hashes stored alongside that row.
Kept regardless: hosting logs, which follow the provider's normal security and backup schedules and are not tied to a specific request.
Automatic, no request needed: short-lived one-time score tickets, which are cleaned up automatically on use or expiration.
Leaderboard submissions otherwise remain until removed for moderation or in response to a verified deletion request as described above.
Children
The game is intended for a general Everyone 10+ audience and is not directed to children under 13. Version 1.0 contains no ads or in-app purchases.
Sharing, sales, and security
We do not sell personal information or share leaderboard information with advertising networks. Store platforms, Google services used by the website, hosting providers, and network infrastructure may process information needed to distribute and operate the game. Leaderboard traffic uses HTTPS with certificate validation, and non-public moderation data is restricted to operators.
